Far too often, workplace learning is completed but quickly forgotten, leaving little impact on performance. That gap motivates us to design learning that engages the mind, ignites the will, and equips teams to decide with confidence, act with purpose, and perform with impact. 

My background in cognitive science and my love for design shape every solution I build. Through The Learning Plot, I design digital modules, full curricula, and blended solutions that prioritize clarity, relevance, and human-centered design.
