Client: Intergovernmental Organization
Format: eLearning
Delivery: SCORM 1.2 to client's LMS
With over 20,000 staff across 172 countries and 550 field offices, this global agency plays a critical role in migration and displacement efforts. As it scaled, there was an urgent need to equip HR professionals, hiring managers, and selection panel members with a shared, practical understanding of fair and effective recruitment. In-person training wasn’t feasible due to remote and low-connectivity locations.
I led the creation of Project HireID, the agency's first digital recruitment training. Delivered as four mobile-friendly, SCORM-compliant lessons, the course uses realistic, interactive scenarios to help learners apply policy, make decisions, and understand diverse stakeholder perspectives making complex processes intuitive and actionable. Branding was seamlessly integrated throughout to create a personalized, on-brand learner experience.
